Terms and Conditions

1. PLEDGE A MEAL UNDER RING THE BELL CAMPAIGN is an initiative taken by us to express our gratitude towards food delivery personnel and medical workers of our country wherein we shall be distributing meal to these food delivery personnel and medical workers free of cost. The number of free of cost meals shall be equivalent to the number of rings we receive as per below mentioned details.
2. Only our existing customers who have received an invite from us to participate in ‘Pledge a meal’ via text messages on their registered mobile numbers shall be eligible to participate in this online Campaign.
3. This Campaign shall remain valid only on 22^nd March, 2020 between 5:00 pm to 5:15 pm on our website tacobell.co.in.
4. Any entry in ‘Ring the bell’ campaign before 5:00 pm and post 5:15 pm on 22^nd March, 2020  shall not be taken into account and counted pledging a meal under this Campaign.
5. Under this Campaign “Meal” refers to ‘Fajita Veg soft/crunchy Taco”. However, company reserves rights to change the meal at its own sole discretion without any prior notice or intimation of any nature.
6. It shall be our sole discretion to decide and announce the date of execution/distribution of pledged meals to the food delivery personnel and medical workers who are continuously working on fighting COVID-19 under this campaign after giving due consideration to the present epidemic circumstances, government/statutory bodies’ orders along with safety and accessibility of people involved in this Campaign.
7. We reserve rights to announce the number of meals pledged on the basis of its internal audit process which shall not be challengeable legally by any person in any manner whatsoever.
8. People may continue to submit ‘thank you’ messages till 31^st March, 2020.
9. In order to maintain the transparency of this Campaign, we shall endeavour to share images of the meal distribution through Taco Bell social media handles.
